PET Water Jug Robotic Palletizing Operating System
- Water jugs arriving from the line are formed into rows and placed onto the pallet.
- Once a tier is completed, an intermediate cardboard separator is placed between the layers.
- Water jugs are placed again on the separator.
- On lines with a capacity of 600 Bph, optionally, the top tier is strapped with a band, then the desired number of jugs are laid horizontally on top of the tier.
- On high-capacity lines, optionally 3 tiers are formed, then the full pallet is discharged from the line.
