Description
The Hybrid Robotic Palletizing system is a machine belonging to the Robotic Palletizing group under the Palletizing Systems category.
Operating Principle
- Products arriving from the production line are formed into rows according to the designated stacking pattern and in a format suitable for robot pick-up, then sent to the robot.
- The robot picks up the previously prepared product layer and places it onto the pallet.
- The palletizing process continues in this sequence.
- Once a tier is completed, an intermediate cardboard separator is placed between the layers.
- Products are placed again on the separator and the cycle continues until the desired number of tiers is reached.
- Once the required number of tiers is reached, the full pallet is discharged from the line.
Advantages
- Multiple palletizing applications with a single robot.
- Production independent of manual labor.
- Stable production and sales capacity unaffected by seasonal fluctuations.
- High efficiency.
- Production standardization.
- Minimum floor space requirement.
- Layout adaptable to existing facility space.
- Quick adaptation to changing and evolving conditions.
Hybrid Robotic Palletizing Options
- Floor-level conveyors.
- Feeding or unloading capability via pallet jack.
