Description
The Robotic Palletizer is a machine belonging to the Mixed Palletizers group under the Palletizing Systems category.
Robotic Palletizer Operating System
- Products arriving from the production line are formed into layers according to the designated stacking pattern and in a format suitable for robot pick-up, then sent to the robot.
- The robot picks up the previously prepared product layer and places it onto the pallet.
- The palletizing process continues in this sequence.
- Once a tier is completed, an intermediate cardboard separator is placed between the layers.
- Products are placed on the separator and the cycle continues until the desired number of tiers is reached.
- Once the required number of tiers is reached, the full pallet is discharged from the line.
Robotic Palletizer Advantages
- Production independent of manual labor
- Stable production and sales capacity unaffected by seasonal fluctuations
- High efficiency
- Production standardization
- Minimum floor space requirement
- Layout adaptable to existing facility space
- Quick adaptation to changing and evolving conditions
