• Products arriving from the production line are formed into rows according to the designated stacking pattern and in a format suitable for robot pick-up, then placed onto the pallet.
• Once a tier is completed, an intermediate cardboard separator is placed between the layers.
• Product rows are placed again on the separator and the cycle continues until the desired number of tiers is reached.
• Once the required number of tiers is reached, the full pallet is discharged from the line.
