Automatic Case Sealing and Taping Machine

The Automatic Case Sealing and Taping Machine is designed to automatically close and seal the top and bottom flaps of carton boxes using industrial adhesive tape. The system ensures reliable, precise, and continuous operation while reducing manual labor requirements and improving overall packaging line efficiency.

The machine can be seamlessly integrated into automatic or semi-automatic packaging lines and operates in synchronization with robotic palletizing systems, conveyor systems, and manual packing stations.

Operating Principle

• Cartons arriving from the production line or placed on the infeed conveyor are automatically fed into the machine via motor-driven side belts with gearbox.
• The front flap of the carton is closed by a mechanical guiding mechanism while the rear flap is simultaneously closed using a pneumatic actuator.
• The side flaps are positioned and closed automatically using mechanical guide bars.
• Once all flaps are properly positioned, the carton is sealed using an industrial adhesive tape sealing system.
• The sealed carton exits the machine and is transferred to the next stage of the packaging process.
• The carton can be directed to robotic palletizing lines, manual palletizing stations, or manual handling areas.
