Fully Automatic Operator-Free Operation
The system is installed at the discharge of your palletizing line and operates as a seamless continuation of it. The pallet is automatically received, wrapped, and transferred to the exit conveyor without any operator intervention. There is no need for manual pallet positioning or pressing a start button.
How It Works
- Automatic Infeed: The loaded pallet arrives from the production line via conveyor and is automatically positioned on the rotating table of the machine.
- Lifting & Wrapping: A special lifting mechanism raises the pallet, allowing the stretch film to start wrapping from the very bottom. This ensures perfect stabilization between the pallet and the load.
- Cut & Seal: Once the wrapping cycle is completed, the automatic arm grips the film, cuts it, and thermally seals it to the pallet.
- Discharge: The wrapped pallet is transferred to the exit line, ready to be collected by a forklift or an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle).
