Top Sheet System Working Principle
The Top Sheet system operates as follows: once the automatic stretch wrapping machine reaches the upper middle point of the pallet, the wrapping cycle temporarily stops.
The Top Sheet module then deploys the pre-prepared plastic film and accurately lays it over the top surface of the pallet.
After the placement is completed, the mechanism retracts and the rotary arm resumes the wrapping cycle. It moves upward to the top of the pallet and then descends to complete the wrapping process.
Since the top film remains secured between the stretch film layers, the products on the pallet are effectively protected against dust, moisture, and external contamination during storage and transportation.
