Description
Automatic Case Erector Machine
The Automatic Case Erector Machine is engineered to automatically open, form, and prepare flat cartons for filling operations without requiring manual intervention. The system ensures consistent carton geometry, reliable operation, and seamless integration with automated or manual packaging lines.
Operating Principle
- Flat cartons are loaded into the empty carton magazine by the operator.
- A vacuum-assisted pick arm retrieves the flat carton and transfers it into the erecting position.
- The carton is opened and formed into its three-dimensional structure.
- Bottom flaps are folded and positioned using pneumatic actuation.
- The carton is transferred using pneumatic pushers.
- Motor-driven belts ensure stable transport and complete bottom sealing.
- The erected carton exits the machine and is transferred to the filling or sealing line.
Key Advantages
- Performance up to 20 cases per minute
- Full compatibility with robotic and manual filling systems
- Consistent and precise carton forming
- Reduced labor dependency
- Continuous industrial operation
